“Sustainability” Seminar

Project Managers are being challenged by how sustainability principles can be incorporated into planning, delivery and governance of projects. An equal challenge is ensuring that effective project management is embedded into our organisations, and that consequent sustainable benefits are realised within our fast changing environment. The free seminar will address the key issues in making project management sustainable now and into the future.
Presented by Doug Wheeler - practitioner and lead consultant for the Project Management Program at UNE Partnerships. Doug is also a director of his own project management and engineering firm with a wealth of hands-on knowledge. He has a range of tertiary and vocational qualifications in Engineering and Project Management, has influenced multi-million dollar capital projects and consults to government departments and major corporations. His broad experience has included projects in the following sectors:
