This qualification is suited to project team members whose task is to coordinate one or more elements of a project and provide direct support to the project manager.
This qualification is suited to project managers who are responsible for the entire lifecycle of a project.
Suitable for those who are managing large or complex projects, a program of projects or a portfolio of projects. Participants are likely to have a number of project/component managers reporting to them and may be managing the selection of projects simultaneously.
